Thus it was that one party comprising Pete Botters, Ray Offord, Tom Sheppard, Kel Thomas, Wee Wee Tim and Drac Fraser set out westward on Sunday afternoon

Ian Craig manages a mention once every other week and on Sunday made some of it by diving to the bottom of the bit of sea in which he happened to be disporting himself and returning to the surface sans eardrum; it is hoped that he will not be grounded for long.

Clarke arrived from UK with all domestic problems sorted out and on Friday Steve joined us at Akrotiri bringing the Squadron up to full strength.

Perhaps as a result of the adventure of the barbed wire the Squadron Security Officer arranged for the Station Security Officer to lecture the whole Squadron on security, bombs and allied subjects. For those involved in the episode there was a message that they were to meet the Wing Commander 'A' with an explanation' there were rumours of a Summary of Evidence, Jack Gregg and Ian Craig ……
