The Infamous Israeli Incident
7 January 2024 marked the 75th Anniversary of the infamous incident when 4 208 Squadron Spitfire Mk XVIIIs were shot down by Israeli forces.

Flight Lieutenant Harry Tapner - In Memoriam
The Association deeply regretted to announce that Flight Lieutenant Harry (Tap) Tapner, who served with 208 Squadron in Italy and Palestine in between 1944 and 1946, passed away at the age of 95 on 8 May 2019. John Pascoe-Watson - In Memoriam
It was with great sadness that the Association announced the passing of Flight Lieutenant John Pascoe-Watson, who served with 208 Squadron in Palestine and Egypt from June 1948 to December 1950.
