Donald Perrens - In Memoriam
He retired from teaching in 1981, 
having served the College for 35 years. For the rest of his life he maintained a very close link with the school and made regular visits; to celebrate his 100th birthday, the headmaster hosted a luncheon in his honour, where he received many cards from Old Eastbournians.
Donald Perrens married Mary Robertson in 1946; the marriage was later dissolved. He is survived by his second wife Marian, and a daughter from his first marriage. A son predeceased him.
