The Armaments Officer 15

There never was anything like No. 8 Naval, and there can never be anything quite like it again. Let me give it a friendly motto :--


“GUTS and GUNS.”


It exists no more as an actual unit, but I hear it’s “Soul goes marching on” as “No. 208 Squadron, R.A.F.”; all good luck to it.


Cherrio, No. 8 Naval! If guns did occasionally refrain, your officers and men never failed.
